National Conclave on Good Practices by Rajya Sainik Boards / States

The Kendriya Sainik Board, Ministry of Defence, Government of India, organized a National Conclave on Good Practices by Rajya Sainik Boards / States at New Delhi on 29–30 September 2025. The conclave was attended by Chief Secretaries of States, Armed Forces Officers, Directors of Rajya Sainik Boards, and Zila Sainik Officers from across the country.

The Hon’ble Raksha Mantri, Government of India, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

During the conclave, the Sainik Kalyan Vibhag, Rajasthan, was recognized as one of the most progressive Rajya Sainik Boards / States. Brig V. S. Rathore, Director, Sainik Kalyan Vibhag, Rajasthan, received the memento on behalf of the Department.

Additionally, Sub Major (Hony Capt) Narpat Singh, Shaurya Chakra, an Ex-Serviceman from Rajasthan, was felicitated by the Hon’ble Raksha Mantri for his distinguished service to the nation.
