WELFARE SCHEMES FROM AMALGAMATED FUND
Assistance for daughter's marriage
Assistance of Rs. 25000/-(per girl) for maximum two marriageable daughters of widows of ex-servicemen up to the rank of Havaldar who are not getting Marriage Grant from KSB.
Medical Assistance
Financial assistance for treatment of ex-servicemen/ dependents for serious nature illness viz Cancer, Leprosy, T.B., Kidney and Cardiac aliments, Paralysis etc.
Disabled / specially-abled or mentally challenged Ex-Servicemen from the rank of Sepoy to Havildar, who are not receiving disability pension from the Army, are provided monthly financial assistance as per the following norms for medical treatment of themselves and their dependents:
Percentage of Disability and Monthly Financial Assistance (effective from 01-11-2025):
First Category: 80% and above disability – ₹6,000 per month
Second Category: 60% to 79% disability – ₹4,000 per month
Third Category: 40% to 59% disability – ₹2,000 per month
Immediate Assistance
One Time Immediate assistance to needy and economically weaker ex-servicemen /dependents of ex-servicemen :-

Scholarship
Scholarship of Rs. 15000/- per annum to the children of ex-servicemen up to Rank of Havaldar for Techenical Education who are not getting any scholarship from other sources i.e. State Government / Kendriya Sainik Board / Prime Minister Scholarship.
Grant of Rs. 25000/- is given to candidates who qualify in NDA/CDS/IMA/Air Force/ Naval Academy examination for coaching.
